Update - American Express is now experiencing an outage on the Business card connection as well. We are in contact with the Amex team to work out a resolution.

Identified - American Express is experiencing an outage with their Personal card connection, affecting the ability to import any new cards or to update any existing card connections. We are in contact with the Amex team to work out a resolution.

Resolved - The connection issue has been resolved! Full card import functionality with Citi has been restored.

Update - We are continuing to investigate this issue.

Investigating - Citi is experiencing an outage with their Direct Connect service. This prevents the import of and updates of any Citi cards on Expensify. We are working with Citi's team to determine a solution and will provide any updates as they come in.
