Monitoring - MasterCard has resolved the delivery delay issue on their end. Any delayed transactions should import into Expensify before Monday, the 22nd. We will continue to monitor and provide any further updates.

Identified - Due to technical issues at MasterCard, Commercial Card customers with SmartData™ CDF feeds will experience a delay in seeing posted transaction data after October 13th in Expensify. We are in contact with MasterCard's Operations team to resolve this and will provide further updates as they come.

You should be able to use the web app and mobile apps again without interruption.

Identified - We've identified the cause of today's site issues, and are currently working on a fix. We're aiming for a fix to be in-place within the next 30 minutes, and for the site and mobile app to recover after that point.

Update - We're continuing to investigate what's causing site instability. This is affecting customers trying to use the web app and the mobile apps on iOS and Android (you may not be able to see the full list of your expenses or reports right now).
