Identified - The underlying issue causing duplicate transactions has been identified and fixed. We are in the process of deleting duplicates from affected accounts.

Investigating - Something changed on Wells Fargo's end that caused our duplicate detection to miss filtering out certain duplicates.

Resolved - The team was able to resolve the underlying issue and all integration functions should behave normally! Please report any new instances of issues to concierge@expensify.com.

Monitoring - A fix has been implemented but issues might arise again randomly. You can now connect new integrations, sync/export to current integrations, export reports to custom templates, and submit/approve reports with custom approval flows with intermittent success.

We are monitoring the logs and continuing to improve performance. As we make progress to a final fix, we will keep this status updated.

Identified - This issue is affecting all integrations like QB Online, NetSuite, as well as custom export options and custom report approval processes. The team is close to identifying a fix and we'll update this status as soon as possible.

Investigating - We're currently investigating issues relating to blank loading screens when making an initial connection to QuickBooks Online as well as failed or hanging syncs/exports to current QuickBooks Online connections. In the meantime, there are no known workarounds.

As soon as there is progress or resolution, we'll update this status again.
