Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue where Google Map images are not automatically adding to Distance expenses - specifically 'Create from Map' on the web app and 'Start GPS' on the mobile app.
Your mileage will still be captured but no image will be available.

Resolved - We've resolved the issue affecting background jobs now. I'm really sorry for the slowing down of export jobs to your accounting systems, and slower SmartScan times. We're now going to work on preventative steps to minimize this from happening in the future, and appreciate your patience here!

Identified - We're currently investigating an issue with our back-end jobs processing system, which might slow down some automatic tasks like exporting to accounting systems (like Xero, NetSuite, Intacct etc), automatically submitting reports, SmartScan OCR processing of receipts, and customer support replies.

We're working immediately to identify the underlying issue and put a fix in place, and I'm very sorry for this taking place.

Any exports to direct accounting systems will process, but they might take a little longer than usual.

Monitoring - We’re currently making some incredible improvements to SmartScan! During this time, you may experience delays of up to 24 hours for receipts completing SmartScan. This should be a short term inconvenience that results in significant improvements to both SmartScan processing times and accuracy going forward.

Investigating - We’re aware of site instability issues and working on resolving them as soon as possible. Areas hit the worst are Greenhouse integration, OKTA SAML, and Billing settings updates. We apologize for the inconvenience and will have this resolved as soon as possible.
