2 months, 2 weeks ago Recovery from the Google mailserver outage is now underway - new emails sent are being processed slower than usual (~5 minutes), and email sent during the outage are automatically being retried and added to customer accounts. We expect full recovery in the next 24 hours as retries complete. Users may want to double check their accounts Friday or later to ensure that all receipts sent to receipts@expensify.com during the outage were successfully imported into their Expensify account. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Messages sent while the account was experiencing issues due to the Google outage are unlikely to be received by Expensify - please resend any messages you may have sent receipts@expensify.com during the outage that have yet to appear in your account.

We are working on mitigating this and improving deliverability but do not expect any data loss to occur. We will update this notice again in the next hour.
